These terms and conditions govern the donation process carried out through the official website of the Gay Games Valencia (hereinafter, the Organization), managed by the entity responsible for the event and fundraising. For data protection purposes, the FDM (Municipal Sports Foundation or equivalent body defined by the Valencia City Council) acts as the controller of personal data associated with donations, in accordance with current regulations.
These conditions regulate the process by which donors make voluntary contributions through the Gay Games Valencia website, after completing the form provided and fully accepting, without reservation, these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any supplementary documents in force at any given time.
Donations are used exclusively for the purposes of the event and its sporting, cultural, social, and inclusive programs, and are irrevocable, except in the cases provided for in applicable civil law.
Any adult who accesses the website, provides the required mandatory information, accepts these terms and conditions, and voluntarily makes a donation by following the instructions provided is considered a donor.
The Organization may cancel any donation if it detects false or inaccurate information, or information that prevents the donor’s identity from being verified.

After completing the donation, the donor will receive an email with confirmation. “Donations made through this platform are not eligible for tax deductions, as they do not meet the conditions established in Law 49/2002 of December 23, on the tax regime for non-profit organizations and tax incentives for patronage.”
The donation amount will be deposited into the bank account held by the Association of Businesses and Professionals for Lesbians, Gays, Transsexuals, and Bisexuals of the Valencian Community (AVEGAL), a collaborating entity responsible for the accounting and administrative management of the funds allocated to the project.
Donations are not commercial in nature and do not entail the acquisition of goods, services, tickets, or rights of access to reserved activities.
The donation system will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from any country, except for temporary interruptions due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure.
In the event of:
the donor may request a review within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, providing proof of the incident.
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the donation process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, except in cases where consumer protection regulations apply.
