Applications for press accreditation are now CLOSED. No media organisations will be accredited after 4pm on 1th July 2026.

The Gay Games XII València 2026 are a historic event, and we want to make things as easy as possible for the media, journalists, freelancers, and content creators who wish to give a voice to this celebration of LGBTQIA+ sports and culture.

Before completing your application, it is essential that you carefully read our official guidelines. There you will find the evaluation criteria, the requirements for alternative media, and the conditions for using the pass at the venues. See Press Accreditation Guidelines.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a response via email 20 calendar days before the start of the event.
  • Pickup: Passes will be available for pickup at the administration area during the event.

Photo requirements:
  • The photo must be recent.
  • It must be a close-up photo.
  • The photo size must be 5MB maximum.
  • The image must be centered, with the face in the center.
  • The face must be clearly visible. Profile pictures from social media are not allowed, nor are photos where the face is covered by a hat or glasses.
  • Black and white photographs are not accepted
  • Only the person to be accredited may appear in the photo.

Photographs that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and therefore the accreditation of GAY GAMES XII VALENCIA 2026 cannot be processed.

Letter from the media. If registering with a non-corporate email address, please attach a letter from the media outlet certifying coverage.

Media kit:

Work sample. Link or PDF of a recent journalistic work.

Reach proposal. Only for content creators. Document with average reach and publication plan (reels, stories, etc).

The Valencia Municipal Sports Foundation, which manages the Valencia Gay Games XII 2026 website, hereby informs you that the personal data provided in this form will be processed for the purpose of managing your press accreditation to cover the Valencia Gay Games XII 2026.

The legal basis for the processing and transfer of your data is your consent, which is deemed to have been given upon submission of the press accreditation application form.
