HOW
Freestyle Wrestling tournament with official weigh-ins, medical checks, clinics, and exhibition matches.
Exhibition matches are possible for all athletes, not restricted by gender, age, or weight.
The tournament will follow UWW rules for freestyle wrestling. The wrestling clinic will cover the rules, but we encourage all athletes to review the rules in advance.

- Includes referee meeting, competition, and medal ceremonies.
Wednesday, July 1
- 9am –11am: Beach Wrestling
- Location: Beach volleyball area of Malvarrosa beach
- This informal fun event will be offered as weather permits.
- 06:30pm: Late — Social Event
- Location: BuBu Bar
- Singlet night and karaoke at a local bear bar. Doors open to the general public at 20:00.
Wrestling and grappling athletes, friends, and supporters are all welcome!
WHO
Our tournament’s goal is to allow a competitive but safe environment for everyone.
In creating our brackets, we consider age, gender identity, weight, and experience level. We aim to ensure each athlete gets three to four matches. Depending on registration, brackets may need to be combined. Athletes can decline to participate in their assigned bracket.
In addition, we allow time for exhibition matches where athletes can have friendly matches with anyone who agrees to have a match.
