You, who likes running, who mixes speed and endurance, with a huge effort and eager to cross the line. We propose you run along the old riverbed of our beloved Túria Park, starting and finishing at the athletics stadium, taking in the sights and feeling the excitement, with or without a medal.
We look forward to your registration and, who knows, congratulating you on your new personal best.
Remember that you will need to show your accreditation when accessing to the competition.
Competition rules for 5K and 10K Road Races are available through the IAAF.
Don’t forget your water bottle, there will be drinking water stations to refill it.
Don’t forget your Running shoes and safety pins to attach your bib to your clothes.
Opt for breathable tops suitable for the hot weather.
Do you use a watch to track your performance?
Suncreen, sunglasses and a hat are all great to help protect you from the summer sun.

Starting with one age category from 18 to 29 and then five-year age groups:

*Age is determined as of the first day of competition.
