You’ll need to bring your official team uniform, such as a jersey and shorts with your team number. You can bring two sets, one light and one dark.
Don’t forget your own mouthguard and footwear appropriate for the surface (artificial turf).

All gender.
According to the rules on the field, there must be a maximum of 3 people of the same gender at the same time in the field and after the first 20 minutes, there must be a maximum of 4 people who share the same gender.
