Protection of personal data. The data you provide will be processed by the Fundación Deportiva Municipal de Valencia (OA FDM), as the Data Controller, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry regarding sponsorship. The legal basis for the processing of personal data lies in the exercise of public powers or competences conferred or, where applicable, the need to fulfil a mission carried out in the public interest. The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, as well as to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data. The data will not be transferred to third parties, unless it is communicated to public or private entities to which it is necessary or mandatory to transfer it in order to process your request, as well as in the cases provided for by law. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or, where applicable, objection. To this end, you may submit a written request through the Registry Office or by post to Fundación Deportiva Municipal de Valencia, Paseo de la Petxina, No. 42, Valencia (46008) or by email to:dpd@fdmvalencia.es. If necessary to prove your identity, you must attach a photocopy of your ID card, passport, foreigner identification number (NIE) or other equivalent identification document. If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you must also include a copy of your ID card or equivalent identification document, as well as the document proving your representation of the interested party. Likewise, if you consider that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Officer at dpd@fdmvalencia.es or with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
