Suppliers accreditation application

Fill out the following form to obtain your accreditation

    Photo requirements:
    • The file name must include your first and last name.
    • The photo must be recent.
    • It must be a close-up.
    • The photo must be no larger than 5MB.
    • It must be centered, with your face in the center of the image.
    • Your face must be clearly visible. Profile photos from social media, or those in which the face is covered by a hat or glasses, cannot be used
    • Black-and-white photos are not accepted
    • Only the person to be accredited may appear in the photo
    Photos that do NOT meet these conditions will not be accepted, and therefore accreditation for GAY GAMES XII VALENCIA 2026 cannot proceed.

    The Valencia Municipal Sports Foundation, which manages the Valencia Gay Games XII 2026 website, hereby informs you that the personal data provided in this form will be processed for the purpose of managing your suppliers accreditation for the Valencia Gay Games XII 2026.

    The legal basis for the processing and transfer of your data is your consent, which is deemed to have been given upon submission of the press accreditation application form.

    You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability by sending a request to dpd@fdmvalencia.es.
