HOW
The Cross Training competition follows the following structure:
Categories & Levels
1) Scaled
- Teams of 2 athletes
- Open composition (any gender mix)
2) Inter / RX
- Teams of 2 athletes + Individual event (All Gender)
- A single-athlete competition open to all genders, following the RX movement standards.
Competition Format
All teams complete a series of Cross Training WODs where intensity, technique, and teamwork are evaluated.
The Inter/RX level takes place over two days:
- Day 1: All teams compete together → rankings published in the evening.
- Day 2: Split into RX (Top 30) and Intermediate (Next 30) → RX finals held with higher-difficulty standards.
Movement Standards
Scaled
- Snatch: 30 kg (All Gender) / 20 kg (Women)
- Clean & Jerk: 43 kg (All Gender) / 30 kg (Women)
- Dumbbells: 15 kg (All Gender) / 10 kg (Women)
- Gymnastics: toes-to-ring, knee raises, jumping pull-up
- Other: single unders, box jump, burpees
Inter / RX
- Snatch: 35 kg (All Gender) / 25 kg (Women)
- Clean & Jerk: 50 kg (All Gender) / 35 kg (Women)
- Gymnastics: T2Ring, T2B, pull-up, wall walk
- 1 athlete must be able to: chest-to-bar, kipping HSPU, rope climb, double unders
- 1 athlete must be able to: bar muscle-up
- Other movements: Open standards
These standards apply both to the Inter/RX Team event and to the Inter/RX Individual All Gender event.

- 10am – 11am: Wod 1 Pairs Intermediate.
- 11am – 12pm: Wod 1 Pair Scaled.
- 12pm – 01:15pm: Wod 2 Individual Intermediate.
- 01:15pm – 02pm.: Wod 2 Pairs Intermediate.
- 02pm – 03pm: Wod 2 Pair Scaled.
Thursday, 2nd July
- 08:30am – 10am: Wod 3 Individual Intermediate.
- 10am – 10:45am: Wod 3 Pairs Intermediate.
- 10:45am – 11:30am: Wod Pair Scaled.
- 11:45am – 02:45pm: Wod 4 Individual Intermediate.
- 12:45pm – 01:30pm: Wod 4 Pairs Intermediate.
- 01:30pm – 02:15pm: Wod 4 Pair Scaled.
- 02:30pm – 03pm: Medal Ceremony
WHO
We offers the following divisions:
- Scaled Division (open gender composition – teams of 2)
- Inter / RX Division (Teams of 2+ Individual event (All Gender))
- → A single-athlete competition open to all genders, following the RX movement standards.
Divisions are determined solely by team level and composition; there are no age or gender-based divisions.
This registration is also for you if you live with a disability.
